Create a score or open a MusicXML file. Select a measure, then use note, rest, text, voice, and playback controls. Export MusicXML, MIDI, ABC, or SVG when you are done.

Acorde Composer is a local-first editor for MusicXML, MIDI, and ABC. Start in the browser; use the desktop release only when an experimental unsigned asset is explicitly available.
What is working now
Open, edit, save, reopen, and export MusicXML, MIDI, and ABC. The editor includes selection, undo/redo, palettes, Properties, Navigator, Mixer, and playback controls.
Desktop availability
The current v0.1.15 release has no desktop-app asset attached. If a future macOS asset ends in -unsigned.zip, it is experimental, unsigned, and not notarized. Prefer the Playground unless you understand the Gatekeeper warning.
Honest boundaries
Composer is not yet a replacement for a mature notation suite or DAW. Production OMR/AI providers, native VST hosting, signed installers, Windows packaged QA, and clean-machine QA remain separate gates.
